Jennifer Blum has eight years of experience working with clients ranging from first-time homebuyers to large multi-national corporations. She got her start in law at Columbia University in New York City, where she earned a dual JD/Masters of International Affairs degree in Law and International Economic Policy. She has worked for top firms in New York and Colorado, including White & Case, Cooley Godward Kronish and Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, and was a founder and partner in Highland Title Company, an independent title company located in Summit County, Colorado. She is licensed to practice law in Colorado and New York.

Her practice focuses primarily on title research relating to real property, oil and gas, and other mineral interests. She also handles real estate and small business transactional matters, and provides title examination and insurance services for real estate transactions. She has been involved on a pro bono basis with land trusts that handle conservation easements, microfinance organizations that assist small entrepreneurs, and Metro Volunteer Lawyers, which provides legal aid for those who would otherwise not be able to afford an attorney.

Jennifer grew up in Waupaca, Wisconsin, and received her undergraduate degree in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. She enjoys traveling, mountain biking, snowboarding, horseback riding and sailing. She spent a year working as a crew member on sailing yachts and completed a trans-Atlantic crossing on the way from England to Alaska. She also lived in Japan for two years teaching English and traveling throughout Southeast Asia. In 2008, she spent four months traveling by car through Central America and Mexico.
